The opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Power Platform Developer who not only loves building great solutions, but is also ready to grow into a Solution Architect role over time.

You’re someone who is confident in your technical skills, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to take on more ownership — from designing solutions to guiding best practices and shaping technical decisions. We’re looking for a developer who is ready for the next step in their career and excited to evolve toward architecture responsibilities. This role plays a key part in our agile, innovation-driven delivery model.

You’ll work on enterprise-grade solutions built on the Power Platform, with a strong focus on AI-powered experiences using Copilot technologies.

Your Key Responsibilities

Design and build business applications using:
- Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven, Code)
- Power Automate
- Copilot Studio
- Power BI
- Dataverse
Integrate and configure Microsoft 365 Copilot in real business scenarios.
Take increasing ownership of solution design and technical direction.
Apply DevOps best practices (CI/CD, environment management, governance).
Ensure your solutions are scalable, secure, high-performing, and easy to maintain.
Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and continuously improve what you build.
Work closely with business stakeholders to translate needs into practical, effective solutions.

Skills And Attributes for Success

You have expert level technical skills and real-world experience with Power Platform, Dynamics, SharePoint Online, and M365 supporting technologies.
Demonstrated experience and ability to use organic Copilot Studio, PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBI, and SharePoint Online capabilities.
Ability to take requirements and build/deliver finished application
Ability to think through complex problems and passion for debug and resolution.
Ability to understand abstractions.
Ability to apply architectural patterns and principles to achieve reusability, testability, scalability, and maintainability.

To qualify for the role, you must have

5+ years' solid senior-level experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
Proven, real-world experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
Strong hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot — this is a key requirement for this role.
An understanding of Power Platform specific languages like PowerFx but also familiar with programming principles from other languages like React.
Experience working with DevOps practices in Microsoft environments.
A strong understanding of data modelling and application design principles.
Someone who thinks beyond just “making it work” and cares about long-term quality and structure.
Clear motivation to grow into an architectural role over time.
Strong communication skills in English.

Ideally, you’ll also have

Experience with establishing Power Platform Centers of Excellence (CoE) and the CoE Starter Kit.
Development experience with Dynamics 365 (CRM and/or ERP).
Development experience with Power BI.
Significant programming experience in both traditional and front-end languages.
